The Friends of St Gregory’s, is a fundraising community that aims to provide equipment, facilities and experiences in support of School's values and its curriculum, that develop each child's skills and make their learning and school life a rich, enjoyable and rewarding experience.
With aims of raising £8,000 each year, The Friends of St Gregory’s offers a varied calendar of fundraising events and activities that appeal to children of all age groups and their families, and depends on parent volunteers’ support to plan, organise and run each event.
All parents, carers and grandparents are welcome to join as active members at any time.
Our Annual General Meeting in October will start the year and will set out priorities for the three terms of the academic calendar.
The Friends of St Gregory’s meets approximately 6 times a year to organise fundraising events and activities. The most popular fundraising events are for all the family, with the Summer Fair being the highlight of the year. This, and some of our larger events, require a considerable number of parents to assist the Committee in their set up and smooth running. Parental support is vital for the success of the Friends of St Gregory’s.
