About the Role

The postholder is responsible for duties covering health, safety and security, heating, lighting and (as directed) the emergency cleaning of premises, for porterage, repairs and maintenance and all general duties of this kind associated with the support of the premises for the purpose for which they are designated. Working hours are subject to variation and call out at weekends and unsocial hours will be necessary from time to time.

Ability to undertake repairs maintenance & service activities. 
An understanding of complex building, fabric, systems 
Usage and related operational and security issues. 
Ability to assess the security risk and health & safety issues associated with site and buildings

Ability to undertake emergency cleaning 
Liasing with outside contractors/service providers.
